Steve Towle started playing sports when he was 8 years old and still loves the impact sports has in our lives today. After a great pro football career, Steve hung up the old uniform and traded it in on the business suit. After many business meetings where the group wanted to hear some old football stories...Strength in Motion was born.

Strength in Motion got its name from old workout techniques where the athletes did not want to only be strong in set positions and workouts but strived to be strong in the whole range of motion. We must finish as strong as we start and we all need to stay in motion. There are many great quotes about standing still, but the message in all of them is that we need to keep moving and "moving up" is the preferred direction.

Steve does a great job blending the field of sports with our business challenges every day. All audiences can relate to the sports comparisons. Steve's sessions can provide a great break from the traditional PowerPoint presentations on the many business skills we need to learn but sometimes get very bored with. Steve's presentations are designed to compliment all business discussions and can be customized to fit any challenge.

Steve and his family live in the Kansas City, MO area and his fee structure is based on that location. Quite simply, the fee is $4,000 per chosen appearance within driving distance and $8,000 for an appearance choice that requires flying to the location. If the appearance includes more than one day on the road, the fees for all choices after the first day go back to $4,000 each. A deposit for half of the scheduled fees is invoiced before the event.

The charges will also include any expenses incurred on the appearance trip. Many groups book a hotel room for Steve as part of their hotel package and many of the meals simply entail setting another table in the banquet room. All expenses will be invoiced after the event along with the charge for the balance of the appearance fee.
